Each session is a chance to release tension, ground your energy, and reconnect with yourself.
No experience needed simply come as you are get cosy, lie back and let the sounds do the work as you are immersed in the frequencies and vibrations of Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, drums, gong and chimes.
These soothing sounds can calm the busy mind, release stress and tension, shift stagnant energy, improve sleep and restore a deep sense of inner peace.
Duration: 1 hour. Please allow for 5-10 minutes before to get settled and the same after so that you can take your time getting ready to leave.
What to bring: Mat to lie on, pillow, blanket. You are aiming to be as cosy and comfortable as possible so bring anything that will help you to do that. Think cosy socks, eye pillow, hot water bottle, extra pillow for under knees. (I have spare mats so please let me know if you don’t have one). Most of all just bring yourself, an open mind and enjoy!

While Sound Therapy is considered safe pregnant women in their 1st trimester are advised not to attend. Those with serious heart condition or a pacemaker fitted should consult their GP prior to attending. People who wear hearing aids are advised to remove them and turn them off during the session.
